Privacy Policy

CVC International Limited operates CVC Ads Manager, an independent Google Ads API platform for authorized MCC account management, OAuth account linking, campaign operations, and Google Ads reporting.

Information we access

When an authorized user connects a Google account, CVC Ads Manager may access Google Ads account identifiers, customer IDs, manager account relationships, campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, budget, conversion, billing status, and reporting data available through the Google Ads API.

We may also store user profile details, role assignments, audit records, configuration settings, and OAuth refresh tokens needed to keep the authorized Google Ads connection active.

How we use Google Ads data

Google Ads data is used only to provide campaign creation, campaign management, account management, reporting, data synchronization, troubleshooting, security review, and customer support features inside CVC Ads Manager.

We do not sell Google Ads data. We do not share Google Ads account data with third parties except when required to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or respond to a client-authorized support request.

Authorization and user control

Users must authorize access through Google OAuth before CVC Ads Manager can access their Google Ads accounts. Users may disconnect a Google account in the product or request disconnection and deletion by contacting support@cvc-international.com.

If an end advertiser asks to stop using the tool, CVC International Limited will help disassociate the relevant Google Ads accounts from the service and developer token within 3 business days after receiving the request.

Retention and deletion

We retain Google Ads reporting data, configuration records, and audit logs only as long as needed for operations, compliance, troubleshooting, and contractual obligations. OAuth refresh tokens are removed when the connected account is disconnected or when deletion is requested and no longer legally required.

Security

CVC Ads Manager uses HTTPS/TLS for data transmission, role-based access control, protected token storage, limited staff access, and operational logging. Access to Google Ads API data is restricted to authorized users and support staff who need access to operate or troubleshoot the service.
