Terms of Service

These terms govern access to CVC Ads Manager, the Google Ads management software operated by CVC International Limited.

Service description

CVC Ads Manager provides software for authorized Google Ads campaign creation, campaign management, account management, conversion analytics, and reporting. The service is intended for teams that manage Google Ads accounts they own or are contractually authorized to manage.

Google Ads authorization

You may connect only Google Ads accounts that you have the legal right and account permission to access. You are responsible for the accuracy of campaign changes, budgets, billing settings, keywords, ads, and other instructions submitted through the service.

CVC Ads Manager is not a Google product, is not endorsed by Google, and must not be used to bypass Google Ads policies, Google Ads API review, developer token requirements, quota controls, or account access rules.

Acceptable use

Users must comply with Google Ads policies, Google Ads API policies, applicable advertising laws, and all customer consent requirements. You must not use the service to scrape Google properties, conceal API activity, redistribute Google Ads account data without consent, or provide indirect automated access to the developer token.

Client opt-out and disconnection

End advertisers may request to stop using CVC Ads Manager at any time. Contact support@cvc-international.com to disconnect Google Ads campaigns or accounts from the service. We will process valid disconnection requests within 3 business days after receipt.

Security and account responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for promptly reporting unauthorized access. CVC International Limited may suspend access if activity appears unauthorized, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms or Google Ads API policy obligations.
